In January 2013, Steen Scheibye, now Chairman of the Novo-Nordisk Foundation, as planned stepped down as Chairman of DTU. Per Falholt was appointed as new Chairman of Danish Technical University. DTU has 5,800 employees and more than 10,000 students.
